New NDIS Laws Coming into Effect on October 3, 202

We would like to inform our participants about important changes to the NDIS. The NDIS Amendment Bill 2024 has now received royal assent as of September 5, 2024. The new NDIS laws will officially come into effect on October 3, 2024.

These changes, introduced through the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No.1) Bill 2024, are designed to improve the NDIS and ensure it continues to support participants effectively.
