Supporting people with impairments to manage everyday chores and thrive in shared living environments is our mission at Australian Care Centre. Our programme, Daily Tasks / Shared Living, is an NDIS-certified provider that aims to encourage community integration and independence by providing individualised care and support.

Helping participants with daily tasks and creating a cooperative and encouraging home atmosphere are the main objectives of our programme. Recognising each client's individual needs, we make a concerted effort to support them in reaching their goals and improving their quality of life.

  • Meal preparation and planning

  • Household tasks and upkeep

  • Financial management and budgeting

  • Reminders and administration of medications

  • Recreational and social activities

  • Gaining the ability to live alone

  • Participation and interaction with the community

  • What is the programme for maintain/assist access to employment?
    The purpose of the programme is to assist people with disabilities in finding and retaining work opportunities. It provides tailored support for all areas of the hiring process, from determining job readiness to providing continuous assistance at work.
  • For whom is the Assist Access/Maintain Employment Programme appropriate?
    Those with disabilities who are qualified for NDIS funding and would like help reaching their job goals can apply for the programme.
  • How can I apply for the Maintain Employment/Assist Access Programme?
    To learn more about the programme and to discuss your needs and eligibility, you can speak with us in person at our office or by phone or email. Our staff will walk you through the procedure and offer specialised assistance based on your needs.
  • What is the duration of the programme?
    The program's length varies based on each participant's needs and objectives. Our team collaborates closely with participants to create a plan that addresses their unique needs, and the length of support is decided upon in accordance with that plan.
