What are Home Care Packages?

The Home Care Packages program is an initiative from the Australian Government to help older people interact with the community and remain living independently at home. The program provides a subsidy towards a package of care, services and case management to meet individual needs.

There are four levels of support ranging from basic care to high-level care, each with a different subsidy amount that is allocated to you and paid to your provider.
