Our compassionate Australian Care Centre Carers are here to support you and provide assistance with all your shopping and meal preparation needs. Getting nourishment from regular meals is key to your health and overall well-being, but lack of energy, motivation or accessible shopping options may be getting in the way. Our Australian Care Centre Carers can provide meal assistance, from shopping for ingredients to cleaning up in the kitchen, so you can continue to enjoy your favourite dishes.

We can support you in various ways, including:

  • Promoting your independence by teaching you skills around cooking and meal prep

  • Creating a shopping list

  • Driving or accompanying you to the shops

  • Unpacking and putting away food items

  • Assisting with meal preparation

  • Monitoring your pantry

  • Checking food expiry dates

  • Cooking dishes

  • Cleaning up

Shopping and meal preparation support excludes NDIS mealtime management services such as nutritional and texture advice.
