Social and community access with the support of carers

Connecting with social and community activities for recreation, work or study is an integral part of a fun and fulfilling life. You may be able to enjoy some activities independently, but if you require assistance, Australian Care Centre Carers are here to help! Our compassionate and qualified Australian Care Centre Carers will enable you to participate in the activities you enjoy outside the home.

Supports we provide

We can help you access the community in many ways:

  • Assistance with transport to and from the home

  • Visiting your family and friends

  • Going to the movies or the shops

  • Walking around the park

  • Going to the museum or other recreational and educational venues

  • Joining community activities such as dance or art classes to learn new skills
